Chicken Crepes, Anyone?

At our wedding luncheon at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, we had the most heavenly chicken crepes/manicotti. I have dreamed of them ever since, and I decided I'm going to find a recipe and make them for Valentine's Day this year. Anyone have a recipe for either chicken crepes or manicotti (or just a really good chicken/cheese filling?). How about tips on making crepes, since I've never made them? Wish me luck. I REALLY want these to turn out well.

You should ask Darcy to help you out. I do have a crepe recipe that is pretty basic that I can email to you. As for the filling- have you ever made the cream cheese chicken recipe that has Italian dressing seasoning in it? That would be pretty tasty if those are flavors you like.

Laura Peterson taught me how to make crepes. She would be a great person to ask. Good luck with them...you'll have to let us know how they turn out!

I can totally teach you how to make crepes! LOVE THEM!
Deb has a great recipe for a filling too. Between the three of us, we'll get something that ROCKS!

Mmmm, well, I have developed a recipe that I like, but I'm sure you can find a better one and someone with more experience...aka Laura or Darcy! I really would talk to them. They are amazing cooks. Have you ever been to French Press on Commercial. That is the place that inspired me to make chicken crepes. I love the crepes there. You should check it out.
