There is something reassuring about standing for something, and knowing what we stand for.
For men and women who are true to themselves and to the virtues and standards they have
personally adopted, it is not difficult to be true to others.
{ Gordon B. Hinckley, standing for something }

I Think ...

My niece Madelyn might be the most beautiful and most personality-filled baby girl I've ever seen!

... And I also think by the time I have my next little one I need to get my hands on a sweet camera like Maddy's parents have so I can capture great shots like these.

Oh, my sweet bean! And, yes, my sweet camera!...to which I give all of the credit (well aside from the irresistable subject, of course). You really do need to get one..we have never regretted the purchase...worth every penny. Thanks for loving Miss Maddy so much! It's true--the girl oozes personality. Love you! Miss you guys!

She is a beautiful baby! I love your blog. Love your thoughts, love to laugh, and love your little boy. Happy bday Grant. looked like a very fun get away. PS I LOVE your hair dark. I've been blonde my whole life and have always wanted to go dark. AND those cooking pics are the best. What a good idea to put them in your kitchen... so cute. hope you're all doing well.

She reminds me of Lor when she was a baby, don't you kind of think, Mar? And all I'm gonna say is, if she were my kid, I'd be exploiting her ... signing her up for every model agency in the book! (And then she could end up on diaper boxes in China like her cousin, right?!)
